Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi  as taught by Chee Soo                                                       Improve your health and mental well-being through gentle meditative exercise.

The Lee family style was brought over from China in the 1930s and remains true to it's Taoist origins. During a class you can learn Chi Gung or qigong (stretching and breathing) exercises as well as forms to help keep you supple and relaxed.

Benefits: In addition to the expected physical benefits of doing exercise such as increased joint flexiblilty and muscle tone, tai chi brings other benefits to the regular practitioner such as improved balance, an enhanced immune system and ability to recognise and deal with potentially stressful situations. Skills learned in tai chi can be invaluable tools in dealing with life in today's society.

Lee style is suitable for people of all ages and beginners are always welcome.
